Virtual Tour Terms and Conditions
Glossary

  • 360TourFactory is an independently owned service.
  • "You/Agent/Purchaser" meant the person, or company, who place an order.
  • "We/Us/Our" meant 360TourFactory, and "Employee/photographer" meant anyone, who is working at 360TourFactory.

Order Policy

  • Tour price will be based on the Standard Tour and Premium Tour advertised prices, and the Virtual Tour Extras ordered.
  • All orders require and 50% down-payment, and the scheduled photoshoot date must be confirmed by 360TourFactory. We will provide you with a confirmation number by phone, email, or fax within 24 hours after we've received the order.
  • All orders can be paid by check, money order, cash or credit card.
  • Payment should be made to, delivered (required prior arrangement), or mailed to:

Purchaser Responsibilities, and Agreements
  • Providing accurate information about the subject property.
  • Biding with the "Terms and Conditions"
  • Preparing, cleaning, and providing ready-for-photoshoot before the photographer's arrival.
  • Be on time.
  • Inform 360TourFactory at least 90 minutes in advance if there is a delay.
  • All images, and virtual tour images are allowed to be posted on 360TourFactory web site.
  • All images, and virtual tour images are the properties of 360TourFactory, and 360TourFactory is only allowed to use them as a sample.
  • All images, and virtual tour images will contain a copyright statement, such as "Rendered by 360TourFactory", or "Tour is rendered by 360TourFactory".
  • Placing an order in either verbal or online is the same effect, and that's meant that you are agreed, and bound with the VRW Terms and Conditions.

VRW, and Photographer Responsibilities, and Agreements

  • 360TourFactory/photographer will refuse to carry on the service if the property/environment is not clean, and it may cause any harmfulness to 360TourFactory employee/photographer.
  • Inform purchaser at least 90 minutes in advance if there is a delay.
  • Taking only scene that is requested by the purchaser/authorized person.
  • Providing on-spot additional service if possible.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests received 24 hours or more before a scheduled site visit will receive a full refund.
  • No refunds will be given after the site is visited (even if there is an absence of the purchaser), if no cancellation request is received, or if cancellation is received less than 24 hours in advance, or tour link has been sent via email.
